I really enjoyed this yoga and I heard all the movements. But instead of farting or pooping I burped and almost threw up after. Is that normal? Did I move the air in the wrong direction? 😶

These exercises can be helpful for hypertonic pelvic floor. It's all about how you are doing the exercises and what you are feeling with your breath being key!
Wow! I have been experiencing some intense pain in my left foot for a couple days and I was just praying it wasn’t bunions. I really don’t want to do surgery. Today, the pain was far worse than the last few. I turned to UA-cam as a last ditch effort and found this video. Holy cow! After just one round, my foot feels so much better! I’ll be doing this more!

I don't understand how exactly please can someone explain
When your stomach pushes out you are creating more intra-abdominal pressure. When there is an increase in pressure this creates tension and gripping in the pelvic floor and does not all your core and pelvic floor to work optimally.
